The product must be returned to the Facepaintshop with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via contact@facepaintshop.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

This way we can help you make the best choice of a new product. The new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Is the product / package still undamaged? Return the product to us in original packaging. Indicate the reason for return, order number, name and address. Make sure you always receive a proof of shipment. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the Facepaintshop. To use this right you can contact us via contact@facepaintshop.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Pay attention! Save the shipping receipt until we have processed the return.
Once the return has been approved and processed, the payment will be refunded within 14 days to the account/bank number you paid with.
